Thank you for your interest in the ongoing redevelopment of Village West Marina & Resort. Our guiding objective is to create a collection of amenities available to our guests which work together to provide an overall experience unparalleled anywhere in the California Delta. We are excited to move into the next phase of this journey by creating The Club at Village West Marina & Resort. We have already begun transforming the site previously occupied by the In-Shape tennis facility—adjacent to the marina—into three acres of recreational amenities designed to complement our existing services and support the best aspects of our community’s active lifestyle. The redevelopment will also create a three thousand, six hundred square foot, second floor event center with sweeping harbor views. Membership at The Club will be available to our boaters as well as to members of the broader Stockton community.

We anticipate that construction on the sports complex portion of The Club will be completed in the Summer of 2023 with construction of the event center being completed in the Fall of 2023.
